Payne's Lawn Care Services LLC

Andddd another customer who listens. Didn’t get any before pictures at the start of the season but you get idea. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Remember that yard back in April I said pay attention to? Well after a good year of irrigation, fertilizer, and routine maintenance as the season comes close to an end and cooler weather sets in, this is the end result of listening to your lawn guy.

Now I’m no expert on turf management, and A lot of folks want a super green flourishing yard, but they cheap out on water scheldules, and the necessary nutrients your yard needs throughout the year. In the hot hot months those customers that can, I tell them watering it twice a day makes all the difference. Watering early in the morning is great and continue doing that, but that’s not when it needs it most. Mid-day or around 2-3pm is when the sun is the hottest. That’s when your lawn needs water. Especially when we have long periods of time when we don’t get rain.

I didn’t trim the bushes this time as the azaleas are still blooming and this late in the year I typically leave them alone until just before spring when they bloom big. Trust your lawn guys when they tell you how keep it looking green and healthy. After all, That healthy green lawn is our business card.
