I love y’all, but we’ve gotta talk about the appointment rules. 😘

✨ Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
✨ No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.

And one more thing… 👀

If you unlink/remove your card to prevent the cancellation or no-show fee from being charged, I will cancel the appointment and you will be blocked from the booking system and unable to book future appointments.

My time is my livelihood, and when you reserve an appointment, that time is specifically set aside for YOU. A last-minute cancellation or no-show usually means I can’t fill that spot.
