I hate that I even have to write this, but here it is.

From now on, I’ll be requiring a card on file when you book.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll be charged the full price of the service.

I 100% understand that real emergencies happen — I’ll never charge for those. But if you message me 15 minutes before your appointment saying you’re not coming, that’s not an emergency — that’s a lost income and wasted time I can’t get back.

If you don’t have a card on file, the missed appointment fee will be added to your next visit before we can rebook.

I’m a one-woman show with a family to provide for, and last-minute cancellations directly impact my ability to do that. Please respect my time the same way I respect yours. 💕✂️
