Your body adapts when you give it a manageable challenge, then time to recover. That’s the idea behind stepping into the heat, taking the plunge, progressing your workouts and just doing the hard thing on purpose.

Get uncomfortable and then see what you’re truly capable of🔥❄️

Most people have never heard of HRV — Heart Rate Variability — but it may be one of the most useful numbers for understanding your body’s level of stress and recovery.

And because HRV reflects how your nervous system is responding, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge) can be a powerful tool for supporting it. Sauna and cold exposure both create short, controlled stressors that challenge the body and may help improve autonomic balance and recovery over time.

The goal isn’t to chase a “perfect” number… it’s to improve your baseline and your ability to recover.

The kids are back in school and it’s time to start building a consistent recovery routine! Save big and get 1 month FREE with any new membership.

Plus, purchase any stretch session and receive one FREE bonus service of your choice:

• Cold plunge
• Infrared sauna
• Red light therapy
• Compression boots
