Day 1/7 Tracking

You can’t adjust what you refuse to look at.

Track it before you try to fix it. For the next 7 days, I want you to stop guessing and start tracking.

Not perfectly.

Honestly.

Write down what you planned to do.

Track what you actually did.

Notice what you missed.
Write down why.
Then decide what needs to change.

This isn’t about beating yourself up when you miss something.

It’s about collecting information you can actually use.

Because you can’t make an informed adjustment to something you never took the time to observe.

So let’s run the experiment for 7 days.

šŸ“Š Track yourself.
šŸ“ Post your progress.
šŸ”Ž Look for patterns.
šŸ”„ Adjust and keep going.

Join us for the reset and start tracking with us.

For 7 days, let the data talk.
What are your actions actually saying?

Your goal deserves something measurable. Seven days of honest self-accountability.

Post it. Track it. Learn from it. Repeat.

What if choosing yourself doesn’t feel good at first?

Sometimes choosing yourself looks like creating boundaries that feel ā€œdisrespectfulā€ to people who have never seen you have any.

Sometimes it feels selfish to the people who got used to you putting them before yourself.

Sometimes it looks like saying no without a five-paragraph explanation.

Sometimes it means disappointing people you spent years trying to please.

Sometimes it means leaving situations you kept convincing yourself you could tolerate.

And sometimes… it feels lonely.

You can feel abandoned while learning how to stop abandoning yourself.

You can feel guilty while doing something that is actually healthy for you.

You can feel terrified because the version of you that knew how to survive by keeping everyone else comfortable doesn’t know what to do when you finally choose yourself.

And that’s the part nobody talks about enough.

Choosing yourself doesn’t always feel like freedom immediately.

Sometimes it feels like loss.

Sometimes it feels like grief.

Sometimes it feels like loneliness.

But keep choosing you.

Because eventually, the guilt gets quieter.

The fear gets smaller.

The space starts to feel peaceful.

You breathe a little deeper.

You realize you have choices.

You realize you can say no.

You realize you can say yes.

You realize you don’t have to abandon yourself to keep someone else comfortable.

And suddenly…

That thing that once felt selfish starts feeling like freedom.

Like breath.

Like space.

Like choice.

Like finally having room to be yourself.

Just a thought. šŸ–¤šŸ’œāœØ

30 days ago, I started rebuilding self-trust.
Not because I had everything figured out, but because I realized I couldn’t keep abandoning myself every time things got hard.

This journey taught me that self-trust isn’t about perfection.
It’s about keeping promises, taking action, paying attention, adjusting when necessary, and learning that I can count on myself again.

And honestly?
I’m not the same person who started this.

30 days down.
And we’re just getting started. šŸ”„

Day 29/30
Self-trust is a muscle.
Opposition is one of the weights.

Whew. Almost 30 days.

And tonight I realized just how much this entire experiment has been teaching me.

You don’t build self-trust by waiting for life to become predictable.

You build it by practicing a different response when life isn’t.

The decision gets made.

Opposition shows up.

And now I get to choose:

Panic or pause.
Fear or faith.
Reaction or response.
Old patterns or alignment.

Every time I choose differently, I’m giving myself another reason to trust me.

That’s the muscle.

And apparently, we’ve been getting stronger this whole damn time. šŸ˜‚

If you’re ready to rebuild your self-trust through small, trackable actions, join us inside the 30-Day Reset.

This is the trap.

We mess up → feel disappointed → decide we need to ā€œstart overā€ → create a new plan → eventually fall off again.

What if you just… continued?

Adjust the plan.
Learn from the setback.
Take the next action.

No dramatic reset required.

The 30-Day Reset is about exactly that—intentional progress, not perfection.

Day 27/30 of rebuilding self-trust. šŸ¤Ž

Today was a reminder that self-trust isn’t built when everything is going according to plan.

It’s built when something happens that could easily send you into fear, frustration, distraction, or a downward spiral…

…and you catch yourself.

This morning I had some powerful breakthroughs about the 30 Day Reset and how I want to structure it differently so that it can actually serve thousands of people—not just work for a small group.

Then life happened.

I had to clean out the garage because of my upcoming move, and I knew there was pressure to prioritize that over what I had committed to doing for myself.

So I made a decision.

I was going to clean the garage AND keep my word to myself.

So I went live while cleaning.

I put on my music.
I changed my energy.
I reframed my thinking.
I took the next small action.

Day 26/30 of Rebuilding Self Trust.

One of the hardest parts of losing trust in yourself is that eventually, you stop believing your own promises.

ā€œI’m going to start Monday.ā€
ā€œI’m going to wake up earlier.ā€
ā€œI’m finally going to take care of myself.ā€
ā€œI’m going to stick to this goal.ā€

And then life happens… or we don’t follow through… and another little piece of trust gets chipped away.

So rebuilding self-trust isn’t about making another huge promise.

It’s about making a promise you can actually keep.

Start smaller.
Honor your word.
Follow through.
Give yourself evidence that you can depend on you.

You don’t need perfection. You need consistency.

And that’s what we’re practicing in the 30 Day Reset—learning to prioritize yourself and take intentional action in your mind, body, spirit, relationships, and finances.

✨ Join the 30 Day Reset and start rebuilding the trust you have with yourself.

Day 25. šŸ”‘

Today I almost let being tired, late, and mentally scattered convince me that I should just skip it.

But I’m here.

And honestly, that’s the work.

Rebuilding self-trust isn’t about becoming someone who never struggles.

It’s becoming someone who stops abandoning herself every time things get hard.

Awareness: Notice the urge to quit.
Reframe: ā€œI don’t have to feel ready to keep my word.ā€
Small Action: Show up anyway.

And today, I showed up. ā¤ļø

P.S. I also welcomed A new member into The Key Collective today. šŸ„¹šŸ”‘

One step at a time. One promise at a time. One decision at a time.

Day 24/30— Rebuilding Self-Trust

I almost didn’t show up tonight.

I was tired. I had already poured into people today. And honestly, I could have easily told myself, ā€œI’ll do it tomorrow.ā€

But I showed up.

Not perfectly. Not exactly as planned. But I showed up.

And that’s the lesson.

Self-trust isn’t built by promising yourself you’ll never struggle. It’s built by proving to yourself that struggle doesn’t automatically mean you’ll abandon yourself.

Awareness. Reframe. Small Action.

Notice the resistance.
Challenge the story.
Take the next small action.

Then keep your word.

30 days later, I have evidence that I can count on me. šŸ¤Ž
