🌸 Spring is the perfect time to detox your pits! Summer is coming soon and so is the sweat….hopefully.

Hear me out.

Conventional deodorants and antiperspirants clog our sweat glands. So much so that sometimes completely. The upside is that you may not need deodorant anymore because you’re not producing the funk.

However…..

🤦🏻‍♀️That’s no bueno. Sweating is a natural body function. It helps cool our body down and moves out toxins. Those toxins connect with your skin bacteria and that’s what creates odor (for most of us). Which is why deodorant is a good plan, if your want to keep your friends.

But I digress.

When our sweat glands are clogged, then so are our lymph nodes…..the ones responsible in that area for cleansing our system of toxins. Things don’t move in a positive direction if it’s gotten to that point.

😅 Soooo, that’s when it’s time to make some changes. Firstly, know that sweating is IMPORTANT. It’s a natural and vital bodily function. We recommend refraining from the daily use of antiperspirants and switching to a natural, preferably organic, DEODORANT. They don’t stop you from sweating, just stinking.

And perhaps you would benefit from a Pit Detox before embarking on your new natural journey. This can help unclog those sweat glands and stimulate the lymph system back into action.

Yeah, you may begin to have some stinky pits again, but your body will thank you. And your friends will thank you, too, if you find yourself a good natural deodorant that works.
