✨✨Let’s see all of your Random Acts of Kindness today!! I was fortunate to Bless a couple friends today and I will be blessing a few teachers from my boys campuses with some free massages. Post your pics to show the Lou in you!!✨✨

🧡 BELOUISH DAY — SEPTEMBER 25 🧡

Many of you may not have known Lou Gonzalez, aka Sweet Lou. He was one of the kindest souls to walk this earth and was one of my oldest son’s good friends and high school teammates.

Lou was the epitome of selflessness. He had the biggest heart and was always thinking of others. He truly had a way of making people feel loved and cared for. 🧡

Every September 25th, BeLouish Day, Lou’s mom, Cindie, honors his life and legacy by going throughout our beautiful city spreading kindness and performing Random Acts of Kindness.

This year, let’s join her! 🧡

✨ BE THE “LOU” IN YOUR COMMUNITY! ✨

On September 25th, perform a Random Act of Kindness for someone. It can be something big or something as simple as paying for someone’s coffee, helping a stranger, giving someone a compliment, or simply letting someone know they are loved.

📸 Take a picture of your Random Act of Kindness and post it in the comments on my page!

🎁 I will be giving away 3 FREE 1-HOUR MASSAGES! 🎁

And who knows… I may just throw in a few more because that’s what Lou would do! 🧡

Let’s fill our beautiful city with a little more love, kindness, and generosity in honor of Sweet Lou.
