🥩 Focus on plenty of protein to support healing and recovery.
💧 Drink lots of water and fluids to stay hydrated.
🧂 Keep your sodium intake low, because too much salt can contribute to fluid retention and swelling.
🍍 Pineapple or pineapple juice can be a refreshing way to add fluids and nutrients.
🌿 Some people also use arnica, but always check with your surgeon before taking supplements.
👙 And don’t forget your compression garment exactly as your surgeon recommends.

Your nutrition, hydration, compression, and aftercare all work together. 💕 Always follow your surgeon’s specific post-op instructions because every surgery and recovery is different.
