Wholistic Health Consultant My approach is wholistic. It has to be that way. Au contraire, what’s achieved is generally phantom success, and short-lived at that.
An in-your-home service, phone consultation service, and web-based service (soon to come) for:
(1) those who want to MAINTAIN their good health without backsliding
(2) those who want to IMPROVE their health status
(3) those who aren’t clear about supplements and a proper diet for them personally
(4) those with disease states who need a program designed that effectively "hits the reset button" so that the body can get to the business of healing itself. An obese person who has disciplined himself or herself into great physical shape—and I guarantee this one—is not automatically a happy, light, unchained-from-the-past individual. There is no wholistic integration of body, mind, emotions and soul without a wholistic nutritional approach. Food, in the usual sense of the word, is NOT the only life-supporting substance we consume. This is why some people can live long, relatively healthy lives and have poor eating habits, even apart from good genetics. In terms of choice, consumption and elimination, we must also addresses:
• our habitual focus of attention
• beliefs, attitudes, assumptions
• lifestyle
• the company we keep
• content of conversation
• the words we consume, digest and regurgitate
• outdoor life and exercise
• proper breathing
• the expression and receiving of love
• what we choose to expose ourselves to via the five senses
• emotional issues
• relationship quagmires
• repressed emotions and memories

the most essential read—regarding prevention of ill health and maintaining optimal health—since Rachael Carson's "Silent Spring" exposé on DDT decades ago.
