We’re excited to welcome Cierra to Proof Men’s Grooming!
With 8 years of experience behind the chair, she specializes in precision haircuts for men and boys, believing that quality always comes before speed. Her attention to detail and commitment to getting every haircut just right make her a great fit for what we’re all about.
For her, the best part of the job is building genuine relationships with the people in her chair. She strives to make every appointment feel relaxed, comfortable, and personalized.
When she’s not at the shop, she’s spending time with her son and family, her biggest pride and joy.
Please join us in giving Cierra a warm welcome! We’re excited for you to experience her talent and see why we’re so happy to have her on our team.

Happy 2-year anniversary to one of our amazing team members!
Thank you for your hard work, dedication, talent, and the positive energy you bring every single day.
We appreciate you more than you know and can’t wait to see all the incredible things ahead for you.
Cheers to 2 years!
Brittany: part CEO, part chaos coordinator, full-time “how is this my life” narrator.
Runs a business like a machine but also like a reality show—equal parts precision, instinct, and last-minute brilliance. Can go from negotiating, scheduling, and building an empire to Googling something wildly specific at 2am like it’s a competitive sport. Thrives in controlled environments but secretly fuels herself on a mild level of daily chaos.
Aesthetic? Impeccable. Standards? High. Patience? Selective.
Balancing a blended family, a growing business, and a personal mission to feel good, look good, and optimize literally everything—including weight, energy, and why her Yeti doesn’t hold exactly what math says it should.
Not afraid to try new things, question everything, or pivot fast. Will absolutely deep dive into something, master it just enough, then move on like “ok next.”
Equal parts soft life and savage efficiency.
If it can be improved, she’s already working on it.
