If I could go back and talk to myself when I was a brand new nail tech, these are the things I’d tell myself sooner.
There’s so much more to becoming a successful nail tech than just doing pretty nails. You’re learning your products, building your confidence, figuring out your business, and constantly improving along the way.
Don’t rush the process. Don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s years of experience. Just keep learning, keep practicing, and keep showing up.
Your future nail tech self will thank you. ✨

The art is in the details ✨

26 years in the nail industry taught me that doing great nails is only part of the job.
I’ve learned what actually makes the difference between simply being a nail tech and building a career you can sustain.
Your reputation. Your confidence. Your technique. The way you treat your clients. And the way you handle your money.
These are 5 lessons I’ve learned over 26 years that I wish every nail tech knew sooner.
Which lesson did you need to hear the most? 👇🏼

Send it to a nail tech who’s building her career.✨

✨Meet Tiffiny 🤍
Hi, I’m Tiff! I’m a nail tech who’s always looking to grow, and this next chapter of True Tiff Nails is all about exactly that.
Over the years, I’ve learned that talent matters, but it’s not everything. Professionalism, education, consistency, and the way you make your clients feel are just as important.
As True Tiff Nails grows with me, I want to bring you more education, more behind-the-scenes, more real conversations about the business side of beauty, and of course, plenty of nails
Now I want to meet you! 👀
Nail techs, how many years have you been behind the table? 👇🏼
26 years later… and nope, this feeling still doesn’t get old 💅🏼
Creating, trying new things and seeing the final result will forever be one of my favorite parts of what I do.
Nail techs, how long have you been in the industry? 👇🏼
