Happy Sunday to all of you wonderful people. As you know I’ve been shouting out local businesses every Sunday. Why? Say it with me “If I’m not making money, someone deserves to”😂

So let me start off this small business shoutout with all of the wonderful businesses that I supported this week:

✨CrossFit Conway: This was such a wonderful facility. When I was there yesterday for the ARX Summer Slam CrossFit Competition everyone was friendly, the place was clean and organized, and you can just tell that everyone is family there.

✨Sakura Ocean : This is my confession, this place is to dangerous being in the same parking lot as me. If you know me, you know one of my favorite foods in the whole world is sushi. The staff is friendly, they are accommodating to my daughter’s request to no veggies, and again the music is vibey

✨Fright stitches: Unfortunately this wonderful woman doesn’t have social media, but if you are in the market for creepy/cute little handmade dolls, she’s ya girl. She gifted me one earlier this week. You can see the handpainted details and the love that was put into the packaging. She is worth the visit.

✨Stone Sorcery: These people aren’t just work neighbors and collaborators, they are also adamant about showing off other local artist and creators. They are a great hub to learn about new businesses.

I decided to do these posts every week because I see so many of my friends also trying to start businesses, and all they need is that one big break. I truely feel I got so lucky these past few months being invited on STREAMER UNIVERSITY, that I want that kind of thing for them.

Omg you can buy your own scrub for at home 😱 One of the coolest parts about working with another local business to make my sugar scrub, is you know exactly what is in it! One day I’ll find a local lotion dealer 😮‍💨

I am all set up at ARX Summer Slam CrossFit Competition! If you aren’t here you are missing the awesomeness that these athletes can do. As a massage therapist, it’s amazing to watch what our amazing muscles can do. Good luck athletes 🫶🏼

I officially have it where you can book your foot,hand, or back scrubs! I wanna do a huge shoutout for Stone Sorcery for collabing with me on this scrub. When I decided I wanted to do this, I wanted to locally source my sugar scrub to really elevate this experience.

So what does booking a scrub get you?
This is a 30 minute session. You get hot towels, hotstones, locally made sugar scrub, and a small massage of the area you book.

Can I book multiple scrubs?
ABSOLUTELY! The way I have it in my booking system, it has 30 minutes of time blocked after, to give me time to reset between appointments. If you are wanting multiple scrubs please feel free to message me. I will most likely message you as well if I see multiple scrubs booked under the same name.

I can’t wait for you guys to start booking and hearing feedback. I am always going to be adapting and changing to make sure you get the absolute best experience. Have a great day 🫶🏼

I see a lot of talk about some beaver that came to Arkansas this week and the places it donates to. I wanted to be upfront and honest about some of the places that Massage with Ila has donated to, so you can know where your money is going.

I feel as a business it is so important to give back to the community AND to make sure I am supporting the places that support the people I love and care about. I can’t not succeed, if I am not giving back. Although these aren’t all of the businesses, these are a few that are important to me.

I’m so excited to announce that this Saturday I have been invited to work at the ARX Summer Slam CrossFit Competition, located at CrossFit Conway! I am going to be offering chair massages AND possibly bringing my table for stretching. If you’re a CrossFit baddie, come visit my booth! I will be located inside the main part of the gym. Come say hi 👋
