Just waiting on the annual massage I allow myself to get as a massage therapist. But seriously, I don’t believe massage should be seen as this bougie self-care occasion. Touch can be like medicine. It’s deeply regulating. It’s good for your circulation, for the lymphatic system, for your muscles/fascia (obvi).
As for me, I was aggressively sucked in by the IG marketing of Passion Co Head Spa and cannot wait to experience it 💆🏻♀️💦
One of my favorite parts of massage therapy is the hundreds of modalities to choose from. It’s the coolest.
Anyway, just know that as I’m touting the benefits of self-care and massage as medicine, I’m out there practicing what I preach. Hard life, right?! 😆💆🏻♀️💪🏻

Every time I feel connected to one horse and think, “That’s my energy work horse!” (*cough, cough* Dolli 😌), another inches their way into my heart.
Lately, Mara has been my biggest supporter, the kindest guardian, the lover and protector of my clients, and of me💞🐴✨
