If you know me, you know I have big dreams and always have something I want to build, learn, or do. 😂 But I also live with ADHD, and sometimes having so much I want to accomplish feels overwhelming.
I was diagnosed at 34. I’m still learning about myself, what helps me, and how to give myself grace while being a mom, running businesses, and making room for my own dreams.
I love what I do. I’m grateful for my girls and the businesses I get to build. And some days, I still need to pause, regroup, and take one thing at a time.
I’m sharing this because behind the apron, the appointments, and the posts, there’s a real person figuring things out too.
