"Most" days I get up between 4-6 for prayer & meditation and other spiritual practices before dawn...This morning I decided to try a different style of headwrap, and I went with this one as pictured below...I don't think I looked this radiant but I find it ironic that
logging on to fb and this photo was the first thing I saw today and it made me smile...Have an amazing day everyone!

So I woke up like this and had to find a close image of my....Kitchen Goals: These jars will be filled with dried herbs, the fresh herbs are going to be on the top rows. Each jar will have attractive, nicely printed labels...This type of healing/mindset should become the new norm for the Black family...Let's have fun with our Healing!

So I checked my plants up close this morning and look what we have here!! A baby bell pepper and about 4 tomatoes!!! And if you remember from my video my cauliflower plants were kind of limp when I planted them, well look at them now!!! It won’t be long now before I can eliminate these purchases from the grocery store, I need to plant onions, zucchini and yellow squash next!
