We’ve never been interested in building the biggest team.

We’re interested in building the right team.

Talent matters — a lot. But being a Lovely artist goes beyond creating beautiful hair and makeup.

It’s how you walk into a wedding morning.

How you communicate.

How you handle the unexpected.

How you make a bride feel while she’s sitting in your chair.

How you support the artists working beside you.

And how seriously you take the privilege of being part of one of the biggest days of someone’s life.

We’re protective of the experience we’ve built at Lovely, which means we’re intentional and selective about who we bring into it.

So, we’re looking for artists who are talented, dependable, professional, kind, team-minded and damn good with people.

The kind of artists who hold themselves to a high standard — even when nobody’s watching.
