A little note on how our appointment policies work, so every visit starts off relaxed:

🌿 Cancellations: please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations are charged 50% of scheduled services.

🌿 Running late: for services over 30 minutes, you’re considered late after 10 minutes.

🌿 No-shows: services of 30 minutes or less have no grace period. Missed appointments are charged 50%.

When you cancel last minute, that treatment room and therapist’s time can’t be offered to someone else. These policies let us honor every guest’s reservation.

Life happens, and we get it. If you need to reschedule, just give us a call or message us. We’ll do our best to find a time that works.
