My treatment room isn’t just a place to work on
the body.
It’s a place where nothing needs to be held
together.

Stillness is welcome here.
So are tears.
So is anger, grief, laughter, relief, and the
moments when words finally stop.

You don’t have to be calm.
You don’t have to be “okay.”
You don’t have to explain yourself.

This is a space where your nervous system
can soften, where tension can release
without being rushed, and where being
human is not something to apologize for.

The world doesn’t offer many places like that.
So I chose to become one.
