🎀Hello beauties, Joss here, this is gonna be a lengthy post but a must read for my policies have changed.
Recently I’ve been dealing with some issues, that have made me rethink some of my policies. All of my current clients your fine, but going forward to all new clientele the following are my policies.
✖️I will only be answering calls, texts, and direct messages between the hours of 10am -7pm. If you message after hours I will not answer till 10 am the next day.
✖️You must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-48 hours of your appointment time.
✖️I have zero tolerance for no showing. If you book with me and no show the next time you book I will require a 50% non refundable deposit. And then if you still no show after that I will not be booking with you again.
✖️If you are booking a Brazilian blowout, a full set of lash extensions, or tape in extensions I require a 50% non refundable deposit that will go toward your service. With the exception on the tape ins where as with those your deposits will be when we order the hair. (That will be discussed in the booking and such in better details. It all depends on your service as well.)
All new appointments going forward will go by these polices. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message me, Joss Rochelle Morales, or you can message the page I’ll answer questions there too. Thank you for your understanding and I apologize for any inconvenience.
