🎓💗 Yesterday was our Q3 2026 Graduation at Studieaux Heaux—and we had FOURTEEN beautiful performances.

First up: Quill, officially graduating from Pole Level 1 to Pole Level 2! 🔥

Before putting this piece together, Quill had no choreography experience. This performance is hers—created by her, with just a few little hints from instructors along the way.

And I am so damn proud of her.

She didn’t just learn the Pole 1 curriculum. She stepped outside of it. She took other classes, learned new tricks, explored different ways to move, and then figured out how to bring all of those pieces together into her own performance.

And LOOK WHAT SHE MADE. 🥹

Graduation happens four times a year at Studieaux Heaux, and every single time it looks exactly like what I imagined when I dreamed it up: students celebrating how far they’ve come by standing in front of their community and showing us what they’ve learned.

It’s fu***ng spectacular.

Congratulations, Pole Level 2 Quill. 💗🎓 You earned the hell out of this.

✨ The aerial pole has been sitting on the sidelines for a couple of months…until Michaela decided it was time to give it a whirl.

And because Michaela apparently does not know how to come into Studieaux Heaux and do anything other than brilliant things, brilliant things immediately happened. 😂

Yesterday during Open Studio, she pulled out the aerial pole, started playing, and reminded us just how freaking cool this apparatus is.

This is exactly what Open Studio is for: pull something out, get curious, play, and see where your body takes you.

And if you’re Michaela, apparently it takes you directly to badass. 🔥💗

💗 Sometimes taking a month off teaches you a few things.

You learn how hard it can be to re-enter.

You relearn that pole fu***ng hurts. 😂

And you realize that while you were gone, you missed an entire month of people loving on you, squeezing you, telling you how special you are, and reminding you that you are a beautiful little light in this world.

At Studieaux Heaux, when you take time off, we’re not worried about your skills. Those will come back.

We’re worried about all that time you’re missing being reminded what a perfect, beautiful creature you are.

So please stop taking time off. We miss you terribly. 😂💗

Just like we missed this beautiful, beautiful, beautiful child—and we are SO damn happy to have her back. 🥰

💗 Pole Level 1 at Studieaux Heaux is so much damn fun.

You get to watch people learn, get stronger, conquer new skills, find their confidence—and, perhaps most importantly, find their hotness and BRING IT. 🔥

This is Dr. B, one of my favorite students (and she knows it 😂). I’ve been begging her to send me videos of everything she’s been learning, and SHE FINALLY DID.

So here’s just a little collection of Dr. B being strong, beautiful, and hot as hell on the pole. We love her very much around here. 💗

One of my favorite things about private parties at Studieaux Heaux is that every party gets its own choreography to its own song. We create something new and fresh—something that has never been taught at the studio before—just for your group.

You get to come in with your besties, learn something completely new together, laugh your asses off, feel sexy, cheer each other on, and then walk away with the memories and the videos that prove just how spectacularly you did. 💗

Because there’s something pretty damn wonderful about walking into a room not knowing how to do something and walking out thinking:
