I'm a seasoned stylist that believes in continuing education. I love the art of hair, but especially enjoy creating cohesive looks with cut & color Hi! I’m Carla.
I’m a Mid-Missouri native and a seasoned stylist with over 20 years of experience. While I love all aspects of the art of hair, I most enjoy creating looks with cut and color for my clients. Maintaining the integrity of every client’s hair while achieving optimum results is my priority and motivates me to use Wella color, carefully selected care and styling products and Raquel Welch wigs. Beyond cuts and colors for men, women, and children, I offer highlights, ombre color, dimensional color, facial waxing, styling for special occasions, brow tint and deep conditioning, clear shine gloss and keratin hair treatments. Check out my service menu for more details, here. Even with years of experience under my belt, I’m a firm believer in continuing education to improve any level of expertise. Trainings and workshops serve not only for learning new techniques, but also keep me informed of cutting edge styles and trends. Trekking to bigger cities for courses and workshops recharges my batteries and gets me excited about this field all over again. It’s my goal to attend advanced academies in major cities every other year and attend classes, shows, and workshops regionally as often as I can. When I’m not at the salon, I spend my time in Jefferson City with my family, Bryon and Tylee, and our fab daschund trio, Tuela Mae, Winston, and Elliott.

10 years. Wow. Blood, sweat, a lot of tears and some heartache mixed in. Today I celebrated with top notch education on Davines with . More to follow soon. The universe provided me with and and last year we purchased our own building and collaborated with Trilogy Salon and Suites which houses us all being self employed small businesses owners. BABS. Here’s to the next 10!🥂

PSA - WIG CONSULTS ARE NOT FREE!!! I am always happy to help, but I work alone in a boutique setting. I have to reserve a block of time in order to give you the proper information you deserve. That takes time. Time=Money. You don’t go to the doctor and expect to walk in and get all your thoughts answered for free- so understand that my time is just as important. If you are just browsing and curious and poking around- I am not for you. If you have concerns and want guidance and a solution to your hair-loss needs- then I am your answer. I have obviously been struggling with decisions on how to proceed in working with alternative hair. It’s a time consuming and stressful job if it’s not done just right. I want to help people who are struggling and give them back their confidence. And good hair is an investment. Thanks for letting me rant!!!
