Okay bookies, so we already established that I can actually eat sea moss straight off the spoon 😂🥄… but WHY are people adding sea moss to their wellness routines? 👀
Sea moss is a type of red seaweed that naturally contains several vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. 🌿✨
Some potential benefits of incorporating seaweed like sea moss into a balanced diet include:
