Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
If your 40s feel like someone changed the rules without telling you, I understand.
You may be eating the same foods and showing up for the same workouts, yet your body responds differently. That doesn’t mean you stopped trying.
It means we need to pay attention to what your body and your life look like now, rather than keep pushing a plan that fit a different season.
You deserve an approach that meets you where you are.
Save this for the next time you start blaming yourself.

We don’t count calories here.
I want to know more than a number. What meals leave you satisfied? What do you enjoy? What can you see yourself doing again next week?
Those answers help us build a way of eating that belongs in your life, instead of making every meal feel like a math test.
If you’re ready to approach this differently, comment **LIFESTYLE** and I’ll send you the details. 💚
3 p.m. crash?
Before you call it a lack of willpower, think back over your day. Did lunch get pushed aside? Were you moving from one thing to the next without a pause?
I want you to get curious about the pattern before you blame yourself for it. Your real day is where we start building a plan that works.
Save this for the next afternoon that catches you off guard. 💚
Most of us learned somewhere that food is something you owe back.
So we skip lunch after a big dinner. Add a workout after a party. Walk it off.
Here's what that actually teaches your body: restrict, overeat, restrict again. The swing keeps things stuck, not the dinner.
Your next meal doesn't have to fix anything. It just has to be a normal meal.
Which one have you done? Tell me in the comments.

Most plans fail in the same place: the order they were built in.
Cut calories. Add cardio. Chase a number on the scale. When that doesn't hold, the next move is usually the same, try to fix how you felt. Sleep more, manage stress, hope this time it sticks.
Turns out the order was backwards. Lifestyle comes first, the routines, the food, the sleep, the things you can actually keep doing on a normal Tuesday. Wellness comes next, once those routines are in place. Physique shows up after that, because it's the result, not the starting point.
Skip the first two, and you're rebuilding this every few months.
If you want a plan that holds this time, let's start where it actually begins. Start with your Lifestyle First, Fat Loss System — link in bio.
Ladies over… Let’s say… 45. Was this a two-part compliment???
Over the weekend, I was running errands with my daughter, and we stepped into Ulta to get all the products I need for my curly girl hair journey 👩🏽🦱
It’s not uncommon for the sales associates to give compliments while you’re in there to hopefully boost sales (at least in my opinion)
When I was finally ready to check out, I was called to the first register, and the sales associate was a sweet little 20-something-year-old girl with good customer service.
She rang everything up and at the end she said “Gosh you’re so pretty…” (compliment #1)
Then she said “I really hope that I AGE as well as you!” (Compliment #2??) 🤣 Whatcha think? I’ll take it 🙌🏽

For a long time, I believed that looking fit meant I was well.
Then I learned that what we see on the outside does not always tell us what is happening within.
My body was giving me information. I simply had not learned how to read it yet.
That lesson changed the way I approach health, and it shapes the way I work with women today.
I do not believe we should begin by forcing the outside to change.
We begin with lifestyle.
We learn what the body needs.
We nourish it, support it, and give it the conditions to function well.
Then we allow the physique to become a reflection of that work.
Physique is the result of wellness, not the starting point.
What might your body be telling you that the mirror cannot?

There are a few things you will never hear me tell a woman to do.
1. Ignore how she feels as long as the number goes down.
2. Follow someone else’s meal plan because it worked for them.
3. Treat every calorie like something that must be earned or burned.
4. Stop eating and call it discipline.
5. Let the bathroom scale decide whether her work is working.
That may produce weight loss for a season. It does not necessarily produce wellness.
At Get Well With Michele, we start with the body in front of us. We look at nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep, stress, body composition, and the season of life you are actually in.
Because you should not have to become less healthy to become smaller.
Lifestyle first. Wellness next. Physique follows...in that order.
If you are ready to understand what your body is actually telling you, start with your Body Truth Session.
