What’s up FB Fam & Friends. It’s been a long while since I posted a Update. That’s mostly because, focusing on my overall health and wellness and finding fun and interactive ways to stay active and , organically moved the focus on the diabetes to the background. My empowered me to control my blood sugar levels without medication. Yay!!!😉
This has now changed in the last two weeks. I tested positive for Covid (for the very first time since this pandemic started!). I had mild symptoms with the worst of it (body aches, FATIGUE, and congestion) lasting about three days. What I didn’t realize was the havoc this virus put on my blood sugar levels!!! I hadn’t seen my levels this high since I was in the hospital back in 2020.
Y’all know “THAT is NOT what I’m doing” so I’m about to go a lil harder to reverse this and get s**t back under control. So…”I’m thinking of a master plan…” (in my Rakim voice) and looking for my mastermind team and accountability partners!!!
Who’s ready to join me?!? Don’t say I didn’t ask ya!
