Another milium removal video! I could do this all day 🫣

My guide to removing milia (if it’s allowed in your state):

1) Use a lancet/sterile needle to create a pathway, as epidermal cysts do not typically have a pore opening.

2) Use 2 gentle tools, like q-tips, to get UNDER the milium.

3) Gently start rolling the q-tips up toward the opening you created earlier. This movement forces the entire contents of the sac to be pushed up from the bottom toward the surface, ensuring you are not rupturing the sac.

4) Remove and sanitize the area - voila!
