Apparently after 60, wellness is just one long math problem. 😊

I did the things. So I earned the credit - right?

Keep life fun while not overdoing anything. Laugh daily. Love always and be grateful for all you have.

Being 61 is a little bit confusing… and I absolutely love it. 😂🤍

Most days I’m thinking about retirement.

Other days I’m lifting weights like I’m training for the next 40 years. 💪

My friends and I can go from talking about our kids and grandkids to protein, skincare, sleep, dating, travel, and whatever wellness habit we’re currently obsessed with—all in the same conversation. 😂

And Friday nights?

I used to think staying home meant I was missing out.

Now give me a good dinner, comfortable pajamas, my husband, my nighttime routine, and an early bedtime and I am THRILLED. 😭

Getting older has taught me something I wish I understood sooner:

You don’t become less of yourself with age.

You actually start becoming MORE yourself.

You care less about impressing everyone.
You protect your time.
You take your health more seriously.
You wear what makes you feel beautiful.
You travel when you can.
You laugh at things that used to stress you out.
You wake up with complete gratitude for all you have.

And somehow life gets simpler while also becoming a lot more interesting.

So no, I don’t want my 30s back.

I’m having way too much fun being 61. 🤍✨

Anyone else in this era with me? 😂👇

“You’re aging backwards.”

Thanks. I think it’s the peptides!

But in all seriousness—aging well isn’t about trying to be 25 again.

It’s about keeping your muscle.
Protecting your metabolism.
Having energy.
Staying strong.
And using the tools we have available to support the body as it changes.

Because getting older is mandatory.

Feeling old? That part deserves a conversation.

Want to understand why your metabolism may be struggling—and what nutrition, lifestyle + modern science can actually do about it?

Last year at this time I said “NO” to HRT and any kind of injections just to help me feel better. Well I decided I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life at 61 years old feeling lazy and overweight watching the world pass me by. I made an appointment for a functional medicine assessment where I asked some important questions like, “aren’t we supposed to age and feel crappy, that’s how God intended humans to be.”

“God also gave us the ability to learn, innovate, create and adapt to being better”, they said.

Wow! So I went for it. Got on HRT and a GLP, learned how to do a subcutaneous injection and within a week I could already tell a difference in how well I was starting to feel.

Now, one year later I am down 20 lbs and at my goal weight, I am happy and I am LOVING life! Don’t let opinions and fear prevent you from feeling like your best self. Educate - don’t assume. Life is too precious to get caught up in belief systems that may not be true for you.

If you want a free assessment by a team of medical professionals I can guide you through this for free or comment TELE for a free guide.

I want others to feel as good as I do! I plan on sticking around for another 30+ years and I want them to be good 😊

In honor of Global Peptides Day today - August 8.

Don’t fear a word. Understand the evidence.

Being proactive about health doesn’t mean believing everything marketed as natural or rejecting everything that comes from medicine.

It means understanding benefits, risks, evidence, and making informed choices with qualified guidance. That’s where getting help from qualified doctors who understand them and compound them in US based pharmacies is the smartest and safest choice.

What are peptides you ask?

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids, and peptide signaling occurs throughout human biology. Several established medicines are peptides or peptide-like drugs. Insulin was the first one in 1921 and has extended the lives of millions of people ever since.

A contaminated salad can make someone seriously ill. A prescription medication can save someone’s life. A natural supplement can interact with medications.

Make informed decisions, talk to your doctor. Eat healthy and all the things we are supposed to do most of the time. Just know this about peptides:

Peptide ➡️ receptor ➡️ cellular signal ➡️ biological response

With aging, changes can occur at any point along that pathway. Sometimes there is less peptide being produced. Sometimes receptor expression changes. Sometimes the receptor works fine but the downstream cellular response changes.

Some peptides and hormones are produced differently, and cells may respond differently to those signals. Researchers are studying whether targeting specific signaling pathways could help address particular age-related conditions. Peptides can be naturally occurring or synthetically produced in a lab.
