Make movement part of your family’s regular routine every Sunday with Heather at 11:30 AM.

Family Yoga is a fun way to show kids that taking care of their bodies can be something positive, enjoyable, and worth making time for. Moving together helps create healthy habits, builds confidence, and gives them an example of what it looks like to make exercise and wellness a normal part of everyday life.

Wednesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM

LES MILLS brings family fitness to life with THE TRIP FAMILY, an immersive 40 minute cycling experience filled with music, movement, and digitally created worlds on a cinema scale screen.

It’s a fun, high energy way for families to move together, stay active, and try something completely different from a traditional workout. Kids should be tall enough to stay seated safely, complete a full pedal stroke, and stay engaged throughout class. A parent or guardian remains with their child for the entire ride.

Parent’s Night Out at Villa Sport ✨

Drop the kids off at Kids Club and enjoy a few hours to yourself while they have a fun evening of their own.

Each night features a different theme with arts and crafts, games, activities, and a pizza dinner to keep the fun going. 🍕🎨
