Meet Kara!!

After being in a car accident in 2002, Kara found massage therapy to be incredibly helpful in her recovery. She was immediately drawn to making it her goal to help others feel and recover the same way. Since becoming a massage therapist in 2005, she has passed on her gift to increase her client’s health physically, mentally and emotionally through a naturally relaxing touch.

Kara is skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue/Trigger Point massage but is especially passionate about pre/post natal massage. Kara believes that the best way to serve her clients is to stay informed and current on new techniques and is always furthering her education.

Kara is a Colorado native and just returned home from living in Tennessee the last 5 years. She loves hiking, gardening, puzzles, and being with family.

Kara also worked for Natural Therapeutics previously for 6 years! We are so happy to have her back!

Meet Jennifer

Jennifer grew up in Massachusetts and originally pursued a creative path, attending a private ,music school to study singing and the music business. After years of navigating her own serious gut and health challenge, her life took an unexpected but meaningful turn toward health and wellness – a journey that ultimately led her to the work she is most passionate about today.
Now a certified yoga therapist and colon hydrotherapist, Jennifer is deeply committed to helping others support their digestive health and overall well-being. Having personally experienced the profound impact gut health can have on the entire body, she developed a strong passion for colon hydrotherapy and loves educating people about the importance of digestive wellness. Her personal healing journey fuels the compassion and enthusiasm she brings to every clients she works with.

After spending the past 20 years in Los Angeles, Jennifer recently relocated to Colorado Springs and is excited to be part of the local wellness community. She approaches life with humor, keeps things relaxed, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves practicing yoga, hiking in the mountains, and spending time with her husband and dogs – and honestly, any dog she meets along the way.
