We’re bringing back something we did a couple years ago and LOVED!

If you’re currently in cosmetology school, thinking about going to hair school, or just interested in what a career in the beauty industry actually looks like, we’d love to invite you to come shadow us at Modern Muse for a day!

We’ll find a day that works for both of our schedules, and you’ll get to spend the day with our team seeing what a real day behind the chair looks like — not just the highlight reel!

You’ll get to watch multiple stylists work, see the flow of a salon day, learn about color + formulating, building a clientele, client experience, social media, and the business side of being a hairstylist. And most importantly, ask any and ALL questions. We’re all open books!

A huge part of my passion for this industry has grown through teaching and mentoring other stylists! I’ve always loved getting to share what I’ve learned, answer questions, and help someone feel a little more prepared stepping into this career. This feels like another small way for us to give back to our community and hopefully pour into the next generation of hairstylists🫶🏻

We did shadow days about two years ago and had such a great turnout, so we knew it was time to bring them back.
