The End of an Era

Katie has been working by my side longer than anyone else in my career… and that alone says everything. Nearly 14 years.
⠀
She started with me as an apprentice, curious, and ready to learn. Over the years, I’ve watched her grow into a talented stylist and a true blonding specialist. But more than that, she became family.
⠀
Katie is opening her own private, one-chair salon in Germantown so she can be closer to her kids and more present for their day-to-day—and honestly, I couldn’t be more proud of her for choosing that.

This isn’t goodbye… it’s just the next chapter.
