WASH YOUR LASHES LADIES!!! please😭
*long post ahead, but please read*
all these dirty brushes are from ONE client. if i hadn’t have done a deep clean before filling the lashes, her lashes would have fallen off almost immediately.

i do not always have time at my appointments to wash lashes before a fill or full set, and it is your responsibility to keep your lashes clean. clean lashes = good retention, dirty lashes = terrible retention.

all of the information on how to clean your lashes is on the form you sign and agree to before every appointment. please pay attention to these instructions as i can not be responsible for poor retention due to poor hygiene.

ABSOLUTELY NO MASCARA ON YOUR EXTENSIONS, EVER! From now on, I will be unable to provide fills if mascara has been worn or if there is mascara on the lashes at the appointment. mascara RUINS lashes and the only way to fix them is to remove them, especially if it is a hybrid or volume set.

if you wear makeup, be sure to remove it with a gentle, oil free cleanser and make sure you’re getting it out of your lashes as well because that build up of makeup and dead skin cells causes the extensions to lift and pop off of the natural lash, leading to poor retention.
