Esthetician pro tip:
When cooking your winter squash and seeds, rub a little of the seed pulp on the back of your hands until you're finished separating the pulp from the seeds. This acts as a natural (and free 😉) lightening treatment for the sun spots on your hands! Squash contains vitamins a & c - both are excellent for your skin.
Note: I experimented using it as a natural treatment on the face many years ago and I STRONGLY recommend against using it on the face. Don't make my mistake.

This is one of the few photos you will ever see of me in a selfie, but I just have to give a shout out to MY esthetician, . She keeps me put together from my Brazilian wax to the color and shape of my brows to these new and completely fabulous lashes. She is a master of the craft and I am excessively grateful that she is in my life!

The #1 risk of injury for waxing is burns. Because of this, I test the wax prior to applying it to the skin of my clients. Sometimes I forget to remove the test strip that keeps my clients safe. 🤷‍♀️
