The Babe Cave BCS

I feel like it’s time for me to make a post about this because it’s come up enough that I need to say it. 💗

First, I LOVE my friends, my family, and every single one of my clients. I appreciate everyone who supports The Babe Cave BCS more than you know. But I need to set a boundary when it comes to my business.

I do not need models, and I simply do not have the capacity to give “five-finger discounts” because we’re friends, family, or we go way back. And surprisingly, friends and family are usually the ones who ask the most. Along with “you’re the only one I trust”. Thank you so much but show that appreciation by not asking me to give my work away for free.

This is my business, not a hobby. If I discounted or gave away services to everyone I know, I literally wouldn’t make any money.

Before I ever make a dollar, there are expenses behind every appointment. I pay for professional skincare products, peels, serums, masks, wax and waxing supplies, gloves, disposables, disinfectants, towels and laundry, monthly booking/software fees, payment processing fees, insurance, licensing, continuing education, equipment, machines, maintenance, and all the little supplies that get used during each service.

And then there’s the spa itself. My husband pays a pretty penny every month for me to have this space and build this business, and giving my work away would honestly feel disrespectful to the investment and support he puts into helping me make this dream possible.

I absolutely love blessing people when I choose to—whether that’s a giveaway, special, raffle, gift, or discounted service. But please don’t put me in the uncomfortable position of asking for free services or a discount because of our relationship.

If you love me, support me. If you love my business, respect my prices. 💗

My time, education, products, equipment, and talent all have value—and I’ve worked way too hard to feel guilty for charging accordingly. 💕

Love when my clients post me! Follow me on snap!🫰 skinmagician.01
