❤️ Mindset tools for stress, expectations, boundaries & those challenging personalities😉
🙏 Keeping Christ at the center when everything around you gets busy
✨ Practical ways to protect your peace without hiding in the bathroom at Thanksgiving. 😂

And because this is Healthier Options Connection, there will be good food, real conversation, laughter, and community too!

Tickets are only $10 and space is limited!
