We all know somebody that seems like they never have anything nice to say. Many times, the doubts and unsolicited criticism we receive from others reflect their own insecurities rather than our capabilities. They might see your dreams as too big or too bold, not because those dreams are unattainable for YOU, but because THEY can’t imagine achieving them themselves. Everyone sees the world through the lens of their own experiences and beliefs. Those who haven’t mustered the courage to chase their own dreams, or who have been held back by their fears, or those that are going through a rough patch, might find it hard to support others who are taking the leap. It’s not necessarily that they don’t believe in you; they might not believe in the possibility of success in general, especially if they’ve never experienced it. So keep this in mind when you share your aspirations and encounter negativity. Surround yourself with people who believe in the beauty of their dreams and, in turn, will believe in yours. Look for those who fan the flames of your ambition rather than those who try to s***f it out with their fear. Combined with hard work, your belief in your ability to succeed is the most powerful force that will drive you forward. #smallbusiness #entreprenuer #movingforward #dreams #geometrycurlyhairstudio #womanownedbusiness #blackownedbusiness #supportsmallbusiness
