I have been a professional hairstylist for 42 years, and I know I can't please everyone. Nevertheless, it is still upsetting when I read negative reviews written about me. Even after I made every attempt to accommodate and rectify their discern.
I pride myself on working with every client by listening, evaluating, and offering my professional recommendations for the best results.
