As my schedule continues to stay busy, I’ve updated my cancellation policy to help protect appointment times and my ability to serve everyone fairly.

I kindly ask that all current and new clients take a moment to read and review my cancellation policy before booking or attending their next appointment.

I completely understand that illnesses, emergencies, and unexpected situations happen. Life doesn’t always go as planned. My goal is never to be unsympathetic, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my business and income because that appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

To my loyal clients, while I am completely understanding of unscheduled life disruptions, I am no longer able to disregard a failed or last minute appointment change. Please make sure to write down all future appointments and plan accordingly. And while I know sickness is unplanned I can no longer forgo the cost of an appointment. An automatic $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment. I appreciate your understanding.
