You can get all the Botox and filler and lasers and skincare ya want but if you aren’t protecting that skin every day with some sunscreen, you’re not doing yourself any good. The biggest change I have seen in my own skin has been since I started religiously applying sunscreen every single morning, rain or shine and throughout the day if I’m outside a lot.

Keep a little travel bottle in your purse or vehicle and put it on in the car if you are too rushed to do it at home! (That’s what I do) 😂
