I’ve been doing makeup for 8 years now. It’s been a wild journey but I feel like I’ve grown and learned so much. Makeup artistry isn’t just skill, passion is a big part of it. If it wasn’t for passion, I wouldn’t have kept trying to get better or keep going.
The bottom pictures include one of my first weddings I booked by myself years ago and the other is my friend who trusted me to apply her makeup multiple times (even when it didn’t turn out the best) and even trusted me with waxing her eyebrows for the first time in beauty school😂 thank you rachel 😘
I will say, I’m the poster child for “imposter syndrome”… but sometimes I can’t help but look back at my beginnings and see how much I’ve progressed as an artist and a professional.
I love what I do and I don’t think I can see my self ever stopping. Thank you for everyone who has booked me for their wedding, their photoshoot, a big event, Halloween looks, etc. Your trust and support mean more to me than you could imagine.
This job gives me purpose so it’s really hard to call it a job. 🤍
