TRUE AUTUMN TWINSIES 🎨🍂✨
This fab mother + daughter duo got analyzed today and tell me WHY they both landed in True Autumn?! The genetics were genetic-ing 🤌🏼
True Autumn is all about that rich, warm, golden hour energy. Think warm olive + mossy greens, camel, cognac, chocolate brown, rust, terracotta, mustard, warm teal, aubergine + those gorgeous spicy reds and oranges.
Basically, if fall foliage + golden hour had a color palette… THIS IS HER. 🍂✨
These shades brought so much warmth, richness + glow to both of their complexions. And getting to watch them discover that they’re palette twins made it even more fun. 🤎
Same season. Same gorgeous warmth. Mother + daughter color analysis dates might officially be one of my favorite things. 🤌🏼✨

Comments like this are honestly so amusing. Thank you for the engagement, but let’s set a few things straight.
I do know my season. Very well.
I’ve been a makeup artist for 20 years and a certified image consultant specializing in color analysis for the last 6. I have an impeccable eye for color and seasonal analysis. Baby, you better believe I know what I’m doing.
I actually waited a long time to start posting myself on this page because I knew comments like this would come. There’s just something about color analysis that attracts the most pretentious, know it all, combative people, especially on Facebook. My makeup artistry page has been around for years and I almost never get comments like this. Meanwhile, color analysis enters the chat and suddenly everyone’s a self proclaimed expert.
Here’s what some of you are missing.
Anyone can wear whatever they want. I do it all the time. I wear colored contacts. I change my hair color. I wear black constantly. Personal style and self expression will always come first.
The difference is I know exactly what my true season is. Choosing to step outside your palette sometimes doesn’t magically change your season. It means you’re making a style choice, and that’s the beauty of fashion.
And yes, I wear all black because I’m a makeup artist. It’s an industry standard, it’s practical, and it keeps the attention on my clients instead of me during their analysis.
One last thing. If you’re going to come into my comments with some confidently incorrect BS, just know I’m probably going to call it out. If you’re bringing the energy, don’t be surprised when I hand it right back. 💅🏻
Remember my latest virtual color analysis client Brandie?! If you didn’t know this, I am a professional makeup artist (Elle Williams - Makeup Artist) and an image consultant. Here is how I neutralized her True Summer season to fit her warm hair color and warmer spray tan 🫶🏼
COLOR ANALYSIS | Deep Autumn🤎🍂
There’s something about a Deep Autumn that just feels expensive. 🤌🏼✨
Their coloring has depth, warmth, and richness, so they come alive in colors that reflect that same energy. Think rich espresso, olive, forest green, warm burgundy, deep teal, bronze, cinnamon, and antique gold. Instead of competing with their features, these colors make everything feel more defined and balanced.
The biggest misconception is that darker colors automatically work on everyone. They don’t. Deep Autumn isn’t just about wearing dark colors. It’s about wearing dark colors with warmth. Cool blacks, icy tones, and bright jewel shades can easily overpower them, while the right warm tones make their skin glow and their eyes do all the talking. ✨
One of my favorite parts of working with my brides is that every booked bride receives my Signature Color Analysis during their bridal preview. 🤍 We use it to customize your makeup shades, choose the most flattering lip and blush colors, and even talk through jewelry so every detail of your bridal look works together.
Not a bride? You can absolutely book a Signature Color Analysis on its own. I offer in person appointments for yourself or with a friend, plus Digital Color Analysis if you’re not local. 💫

COLOR ANALYSIS | Deep Autumn 🤎🍂
POV: You finally understand WHY certain colors make you look absolutely unreal.
This beauty is a Deep Autumn, and babessss, it makes SO much sense.
Deep Autumns are rich, warm, and beautifully deep. Think espresso, chocolate brown, olive, moss, forest green, warm navy, aubergine, rust, cinnamon, deep teal, and antique gold. These colors create harmony with their natural coloring, making their skin look healthier, their eyes pop, and their features come alive.
When a Deep Autumn wears colors that are too cool, icy, or overly bright, the color can steal the attention instead of enhancing them. The goal is always for YOU to shine first, not your outfit.
Color analysis isn’t about limiting what you can wear. It’s about understanding the colors that naturally work with you so getting dressed, shopping, and even choosing your makeup becomes effortless.
One of my favorite little perks is that every one of my booked brides receives my Signature Color Analysis during their bridal preview. 🤍 We use it to find the most flattering makeup shades, lip colors, blush, bronzer, and even chat through jewelry so your entire bridal look feels cohesive and completely you.
Trust me. When the colors are coloring, EVERYTHING changes. đź’«

COLOR ANALYSIS | Light Spring 💛🌼
Babessss… this is exactly why I am SO obsessed with color analysis.
This gorgeous girl is a Light Spring, and everything just clicked. đź’«
Light Springs absolutely shine in colors that are light, warm, fresh, and luminous. Think soft peach, warm ivory, buttery yellow, light aqua, coral, and warm pinks. These shades brighten the complexion, make the eyes sparkle, and give that effortless, healthy glow we all want.
The craziest part? It’s not that you’re “bad” in other colors. It’s that when you wear shades that are too dark, cool, or muted, they can pull attention away from YOU instead of enhancing you.
That’s the magic of color analysis. It’s not about putting you in a box. It’s about understanding exactly what makes you look your absolute best. Once you see the difference, you literally can’t unsee it. 🤍✨
One of my favorite parts of the bridal experience is that every booked Elle Williams Beauty bride receives my Signature Color Analysis during her bridal preview. We use it to customize your makeup shades, find your most flattering lip colors, blush, bronzer, and even chat through jewelry and other finishing details so your entire bridal look feels elevated, cohesive, and authentically YOU.
This is so much more than makeup. It’s understanding the colors that were made for you. 💫🤍
