🧼 **Keep your skin clean.** Use a gentle cleanser to remove sweat, oil, and buildup without stripping your skin.

✨ **Exfoliate regularly.** For the average Joe, I usually suggest exfoliating 2–3 times a week. BUT this depends on your personal skin health, sensitivity, and what your skin can tolerate. More is NOT always better!

🧴 **Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize.** Healthy, hydrated skin is an important part of your routine. Don't skip it just because you're exfoliating!

🚫 **Don't pick or squeeze those ingrown bumps.** I know they're tempting, but messing with them can lead to irritation and skin damage. Leave the removal to your esthetician when appropriate!

💚 **Stay consistent between waxes.** Your skin deserves attention between appointments, not just when you're on my table!
