Timeline Thursday Recap

Almost 7 years in business, and I have to keep reinforcing this — because respecting my time is respecting my business.

Here’s what’s changing (and what’s staying firm):

🔹 New clients: A 50% deposit is now required within 12 hours of booking. Card on file is no longer enough — too many new bookings with no intention of showing up.

🔹 10-minute grace period. Hard stop. Past 10 minutes late, we cannot take you. Our schedule runs back-to-back, and rushing your service isn’t fair to you or the client after you.

🔹 Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or arriving over 10 minutes late will be charged 50% of the service cost. No exceptions.

🔹 Pre-booking limits now apply to inconsistent clients — if you’re consistently trying to reschedule a couple days before a long appointment, you’ll be limited to booking only 1 week out. Gaps in a long appointment slot cost real time and money in this industry.

I don’t take these policies lightly, and I don’t make them to be difficult. I make them so I can keep showing up consistently for the clients who show up for us. 💗💗💗
