Do you hate to dry your hair?
Do you know that is the biggest complaint I get.
Here is what you all are saying.
It takes too long.
It never looks the same as when you do it.
I just don’t know where to start.
I’m going to help you out so you can have your hair looking just as good as when I do it.
Here are 4 tips on styling your hair.
First tip: Don’t try to dry your hair when it is soaking wet!
(Unless you are a curly girl.)
That’s right, when you are in my chair your hair is already drying while I’m cutting it.
So towel it dry gently, or let it air dry for just a bit, or you can use your hair dryer to help remove some excess water. (Just a tousled dry, no brush.)
Second tip: Section your hair. It really goes much quicker.
If you are watching when I dry your hair I always section it off.
Invest in a few clips. They really are helpful.
Third tip: start at the bottom and work your way up using small sections. That will give you a nice foundation for your hair to sit on, and help create volume.
Use whatever brush is comfortable for you. I like using a round brush.
Fourth and most important tip: Dry your hair from the roots to the ends. Water runs down your hair shaft, if you dry your ends first, when you go to dry your roots, your ends will just get wet again.
You definitely don’t want to dry the same strand of hair twice.
I hope these tips help. If you have any questions, or you want to learn more just let me know.

Ok ladies… can we talk about gray hair for a minute?
One day you notice a few… and then suddenly they seem to be everywhere.
They might stick out, feel wiry, or even change the texture of your hair.
The good news is—you don’t always have to color your hair every 3–4 weeks to manage gray.
If you’re just starting to go gray, adding a few lowlights that match your natural color can softly blend everything together.
If you’re seeing more gray than you’d like, an all-over color matched to your natural shade can refresh your look and help smooth those stubborn gray hairs that like to stand up and do their own thing.
And the best part?
It can look very natural… no one has to know.
If you’re not sure what would work best for your hair, I’m always happy to sit down for a consultation and talk through your options.
Feel free to message me or schedule a time to come in.
I’d love to help you feel great about your hair again.

*Did you know that if you don’t cut your hair every 4-12 weeks it will stop growing?
Okay that is not true, but you will experience some breakage, split ends, and in some cases accelerated shedding all because your hair wasn’t maintained.
Cutting off just 1/2” or less every 4-12 allowed your hair to continue to grow, but in the healthiest way possible, plus freshly cut ends look thicker and healthier than wispy ends.
If you come regularly we can just dust the ends. It will keep your ends happy and healthy. If you wait to long we would have to cut off more than you probably would want.
Another secret to long healthy hair is haircuts and in-salon conditioning treatments to prevent breakage.
Give your long locks the love they deserve and are desperately craving.
I hope to see you soon.

Growing out gray but not loving the look?
Hate coloring every 3–4 weeks?
✨ Lowlights are the answer. ✨
They add depth and softness using your natural color — and you only need maintenance every 2–4 months.
This client wanted less upkeep without going fully gray, and lowlights gave her the perfect balance.
Low maintenance. Natural. Beautiful. 💫

Are those pesky gray hairs starting to bother you?
Do they seem to stick out or fly away more than the rest of your hair?
Has your hair texture changed, or does it feel like the gray is coming in faster than you expected?
You have a few options.
If you’re just starting to see gray, adding lowlights that match your natural color can softly blend them in and keep everything looking natural.
If you’re seeing more gray than you’d like, an all-over color matched to your natural shade can beautifully refresh your look.
An added bonus? Hair color can also help soften and smooth those stubborn, wiry gray hairs that like to stand out.
And the best part…
No one has to know. It can be our little secret. 😉
Not sure what you need?
Schedule a consultation, and we’ll decide together what option will work best for you and your hair.
See you soon!

Thinking about trying a new hairstylist can feel a little nerve-racking. I completely understand. Let me walk you through what your first appointment with me looks like.
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into my private suite, a calm space where you have my full attention from start to finish.
We’ll begin with a thorough consultation. We’ll talk about how you’d like your hair to look that day, as well as your long-term hair goals. We’ll discuss what’s working for your hair, any challenges you’re experiencing, and I’ll share styling tips to help you maintain your look at home.
Your second appointment usually moves a little quicker because I’m already familiar with your hair. We’ll still check in, talk about what worked well, what didn’t, and make any adjustments so your hair continues to improve with each visit.
Still feeling a little nervous about trying someone new?
You’re always welcome to book a consultation first. We can meet, talk about your hair, and see if we’re a good fit before scheduling a service.
