Sugaring during your menstrual cycle is completely normal! You don’t HAVE to reschedule but it’s completely your preference! ✨

If you do choose to get sugared just make sure to wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment.

✨Hydrate! Drink lots of water 💦

✨Take an ibuprofen 30-40 minutes before your appointment 💊

Wax

Lash extensions need regular fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full and natural look. Natural lashes shed over time, and the extensions attached to them fall out with them. Fills replace lost extensions and keep your lashes looking voluminous and well-defined 🥰

Remember, everybody’s retention is different. Everyone has different lash cycles. Some clients may need to come in every 2 weeks, some clients can get away with coming in every 3 weeks.
