I woke up this morning with a strong urge to delete my Instagram, but also a deep fear that it would ruin my business. I feel a constant need to post every little acne tip or everything that I’m doing to stay in touch with my clients and my esthetician community. It’s overwhelming. 😅 Anyway, my less extreme solution is to delete Instagram from my personal phone and keep it only on my work phone. That means I won’t be answering DMs as fast, but when I do, I will be present and thoughtful with my responses. 💗
