Potting up some of my spirit plants - Holy Basil (Kapoor) also known as bubblegum basil. I’ve been in love with this plant ever since a friend grew for me in Michigan back 2013. I’ve been growing it every year since and saving the seeds. I overheard customers Good Earth Greenhouse asking if they had holy basil to which replied “I do!” Growing holy basil is a blessing but giving someone else holy basil is a triple blessing 🙏. Glad I found a home for these little blessings. - Comment “Tulsi” if you’d like me to send you some seeds.

Cooked up yesterday’s find. Going for an oven roasted crispy texture on the maitake/hen. I might have to make this a few more times to dial it in. Who’s coming over?
