🚨 ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNERS

Every business deserves to feel safe and protected. Please make sure your business has the proper signage posted to prevent unauthorized entry by ICE or any agency without a warrant.

💼 BUSINESS SAFETY TIPS: Preparing Your Team for ICE Activity

1️⃣ Host a quick safety meeting: Make sure every team member knows what to do if ICE shows up.
2️⃣ Assign one spokesperson: Only one person should communicate with officers; others should remain calm and silent.
3️⃣ Know your rights: ICE cannot enter your business without a judicial warrant signed by a judge. Ask to see it through the window before opening the door.
4️⃣ Post your signage: Keep the notice clearly visible on your doors and entry areas.
5️⃣ Create a safety plan: Include key contacts, emergency steps, and a “stay calm” procedure for your team.
6️⃣ Keep documentation ready: Have business licenses and employee rights information easily accessible.
7️⃣ Support each other: Check on nearby businesses, stay alert, and share updates responsibly.
