This birthday feels different.

I feel like I’m in a season where everything in my life is evolving, not all at once, not always perfectly, but in a way that feels intentional. I’m learning that getting older isn’t just about becoming “better.” It’s about becoming more honest with myself, more gentle with myself, and more open to the changes that are meant to shape me.

I feel myself transitioning into a softer version of myself, but soft doesn’t mean weak. To me, soft means I know who I am and what I stand for. It means I’m comfortable enough within myself to be relaxed, at peace, and not always in survival mode. It also means having the strength to stand up for things I used to let go, let pass, or stay quiet about. Softness has taught me that I can move with grace and still have boundaries.

Vonn Esthetics is also in such a beautiful transition right now. I’m stepping deeper into self care, skin, wellness, and continuing to provide services that feel thoughtful, luxurious, and result driven. I don’t ever want to offer something just because it’s trendy. I want everything I bring into my treatment room to have purpose, intention, and a real experience behind it.

With Xquisite Studios, my heart is still to help my team grow, feel supported, and succeed in their own businesses. Being a salon owner has taught me so much, but more than anything, it has reminded me how important it is to create a space where people feel seen, encouraged, and capable of becoming everything they want to be.

This year, I’m choosing more self love. More softness. More trust in myself. More acceptance of change. More room to evolve without feeling like I have to explain every version of me.

This year, I want to continue to grow while still maintaining the woman I have become. I want to be a better leader, a better provider, a better support system, and a better version of myself without losing the softness, strength, and peace.. 💜
