Meet Ellen, our yoga instructor here at Empath! She begins each of her yoga classes with breath work because she believes in the incredible power of taking a moment to simply breathe.
Breath work can help support relaxation, lower cortisol, and encourage your body to enter a rest, digest, and restore state. 🧘♀️
Breathe along with Ellen through a couple of simple breathing exercises you can use anytime you need to pause and reset.
And if you felt a little more zen after that… we have some exciting news! 👏🏼
