Hi! Styles are always changing.
I am Cailey Gallifant, co-owner of Azalea Hair Collective located in the heart of Great Bridge in Chesapeake, Va. I was born and raised in Virginia. I began my career in cosmetology in 2013. From there, I’ve been traveling all over the country, attending classes from color theory, styling, men’s cutting, and business classes. I try to do just about everything in my field! I’m passionate about staying on top and finding the best hair style for you! Extensions, vivid color, blondes, formal updo and makeup are just a few of my specialties. I absolutely love making you feel your best; not only in my chair, but at home too. While in my chair you will not only get your hair colored and styled, you will learn about at home maintenance, styling techniques, and even some new fresh ideas for your next appointment. When out of the salon; I enjoy hanging with my boyfriend and 2 dogs, whether we are kayaking and 4wheeling, camping in the mountains, or listening to live music. We are always looking for the next place to travel with friends. But also more than happy to spend time at home with all of our family in the area! Certifications (included but not limited to)

Get Regular Haircuts
✨Some brides may choose to grow their hair out before the wedding for styling reasons-and that's okay! However, it's still so important to continue getting at least regular trims (about every 8-12 weeks) so that you can keep your hair healthy and strong. Your hair won't hold any curl and will look lifeless if you continue to skip all the haircuts till after your big day✨

✨Find something to wear morning of, most common ones are matching robes and button down pj sets. Be sure it’s easy to take off and on a it doesn’t mess up your hair or makeup.
Personalized or plain; they make for even better getting ready pictures. Plus every time your bridesmaids wear it they will remember your perfect day. ✨

✨Long loose beach curls may be your ideal wedding hairstyle, but are they the most practical with your hair?
If you already have long heavy hair those curls may not hold until the end of the night. Consider maybe switching to an updo or braid instead. Updos hold better throughout the day, will keep you nice and cool, and you can also decide to frame your face with a few curls. We want your hair to stay even after all that dancing ✨
